Well, there are several separate types of saunas available on the market but I'm only going to cover the one we've recently purchased and temporarily assembled on our patio.
Karen and I ordered a SunTech Sauna from Bj's wholesale here is Cape Coral, Florida with the understanding it would be delivered about 4-5 weeks, and it came in 5 days. Surprisingly enough, the cost was a lot lower than we expected, but we ordered it mostly for the benefits this type sauna can give anyone.
We timed this order with some new building of an expanding we're adding to our house. Thinking it would arrive well into the building phase.
Our plan is to have an infrared sauna and health spa in the new expanding so we can continue retention up with our high standards of health.
We had our plans drawn up and sent to the planning branch for approval before we ordered our new sauna.
Much to our surprise, the sauna arrived some 5 days after we ordered it so it sat in our carport while we took our every year Caribbean cruise.
After we returned from our cruise, Karen and I both agreed that we should just set it up on our patio for now so we can use it before the room is built. So, on New Year's Day, we assembled the sauna in 1 ½ hours and turned it on for the first time.
Our first setting was only 105 degrees, and it only took about 7 minutes to get to that temperature. Then we climbed in and approximately immediately increased the temperature 5 degrees at a time until we finally got it where we wanted it....a very comfortable 122 degrees!
Since it had speakers in the ceiling, and a connection for an Mp3 player, we bought one and now we play our beloved modern country station while we sweat away any toxins we may have.
Some of the benefits of using this type sauna include but not exiguous to removing toxins and mineral waste, reducing stress and fatigue, pain relief from Rheumatoid Arthritis, relaxing muscle spasms, cardiovascular conditioning, expanding blood circulation, enhancing skin tone, clearing skin rashes and acne, and reducing cellulite.
Infrared rays lanch the body over 1 ½ inches throughout conversion, there is a deep heating supervene in the muscle tissues and internal organs without giving too much burden to one's heart.
Our bodies react to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, cholesterol, nicotine, alcohol and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially nickel, lead, cadmium, zinc, etc). As well as the pores of our skin opportunity and discharging waste products, the skin sheds any old skin cells, leaving it glowing and immaculately clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture and color.
For the past 2 ½ decades, Japanese and Chinese researchers and clinicians have completed broad investigate on infrared treatments and report enthralling findings. In Japan, there is an "infrared society" composed of healing doctors and physical therapists dedicated to added infrared research. Their findings maintain the health benefits of infrared therapy as a recipe of healing.
What are infrared rays? Infrared is the band of light we perceive as heat. We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. Our sun produces most of its energy production in the infrared segment of the spectrum. Infrared rays heat your body without having to heat the air in-between, through a process called conversion.
The infrared is divided into 3 segments by wavelengths, measured in microns; near infrared: 0.76~1.5 microns; middle infrared: 1.5~5.6 microns: and far infrared: 5.6~1000 microns. Among these segments, only far infrared penetrates organic substances such as the human body two to three inches so that the warming supervene is very uniform.
Are infrared rays safe? Because infrared rays are part of the sunlight, they are not only safe but also highly useful to our bodies on a cellular level. health professionals have used infrared heat lamps for decades to treat muscle and joint problems. In hospital baby care units, incubators are often equipped with infrared heating systems to keep newborn babies warm.
How it works: Infrared saunas differ from primary saunas as it uses infrared radiant energy to directly lanch into the body's tissue to furnish warming.
Traditional saunas use steam to heat the air inside the sauna, which then heats your body until you begin to sweat. In order for this to be effective, temperatures reach upwards of 190 degrees F. Infrared saunas only need a temperature of up to 120 degrees F to regain the same effect. This lower temperature makes the climate more tolerable, while also allowing you to breathe easier.
I hope you get new knowledge about Infrared Sauna. Where you can offer easy use in your life. And most importantly, your reaction is passed about Infrared Sauna.
